Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, strong odors (such as perfume), or pet hair are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns due to customer’s change of mind when there is no issue with the product.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

No restocking fee will be charged for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
